Mélanger les petits-suisses,farine,beurre,gruyère,sel:obtention d'une pate lisse.<br />

1 c à c de levure chimique<br />
150 gr de beurre mou en dés<br />

Sur votre table propre mélangez à la main la farine et la levure,éparpillez le s morceaux de beurre mou.<br />
Ajoutez dessus la poudre rose,le sucre glace,et la poudre d'amandes.<br />
Mélangez au bout des doigts pour former une boule.<br />
Creusez un puits et cassez les oeufs,travaillez la pate pour refomez une boule non collante.<br />
Préchauffez le four à th°6-7,sur une plaque recouvert de papier sulfurisé.<br />
Etalez la pate au rouleau de 4mn d'épaisseur,utilisez des emportes pièces pour découper la pate sablé.<br />
Déposez sur la palque,les badigeonnez d'eau puis saupoudrez les de poudre rose.<br />
Mettre au four 10mn.<br />
A la fin de cuisson les sortir du four,laissez refroidir,puis les décoller,les mettre dans une boite pour les conserver ou tous les manger...!<br />

Mélanger la farine et le sucre,la gousse de vanille(fendue en deux puis récupérer l'intérieur) dans une jatte,pendant ce temps faire fondre la beurre à feu doux,prechauffer le four.<br />

Preparez une planche farinée et etalez la pate au rouleau et faire une épaisseur de 8 cm.<br />
Decoupez des ronds à l'aide d'un emporte pièce ou un verre retouner,faire un trou au centre avec un vide pomme ou autre.<br />
Quand l'huile est bouillante plongez les donuts,laissez à 3 mn puis retounez les.<br />
quand la coloration vous convient les sortir et les déposez sur du papier absorbant.<br />
Saupoudrez à l'aide du sucre glace servir chaud.<br />

1 bol de farine<br />
4cs de sucre<br />
125 gr de beurre<br />
1/2 cube de levure<br />
3 oeufs<br />
<br />
faire fondre le beurre avec le cube de levure à feux doux<br />
attendre que cela refroidissent<br />
puis rajouter à la farine et au sucre,puis rajouter le jaune d'oeuf un par un<br />
mettre au repos dans un saladier recouvert d'un torchon,près d'une source de chaleur 1h,puis remalaxer mettre la pate dans le moule definitif recouvrir et laisser encore au repos le temps que la pate regonfle,enfourner:<br />

Faire cuire à feux doux th°3-4 pendant 30mn, VERIFIER LA CUISSON A L'AIDE D'UNE POINTE DE COUTEAU<br />

Former un boule,entourer d'un film alimentaire,metrre au frigo10 mn,puis faire les formes avec les decoupes pièces,metrre au four à th°3 pendant 15mn.<br />
on peut rajouter dessus du sucre glace ou nutella ou confiture...<br />
